They are sustainable and hand crafted using oysters that are harvested in Brancaster and enjoyed locally.  The shells are thoroughly cleaned and gently polished so they retain their natural beauty.  After decorating they are coated with a food safe varnish.

They are packaged complete with a baby spoon and a mini pot of sea salt, gift wrapped and mailed out in protective packaging.
